We ordered our wedding rings in this magnificent shop. The rings were completely customized, they didn't exist in the shop. We just told Nifal what we wanted. In 3 days we received our rings which corresponded exactly to our wish. We were so happy when we saw them. We can't wait to our wedding day to be able to start wearing our beautiful wedding rings.

Hello everyone. I wanted to share a bit about my experience with Ceylon Master Gems and Nifal, who is the owner of the company. I was looking for a graduation gift and I was very specific that I wanted a natural unheated ruby ring. I searched for it in a few places in Asia and then I decided to go and look for it in Dubai, where I live. Nifal and his company was recommended to me by another jewellery company in Gold and Diamond park in Dubai. Nifal's shop is a bit hard to find, but ask anyone and they will tell you where to go. As soon as I walked in, Nifal was extremely welcoming and I felt like he can be trusted. He showed me a few rings which I did not like and then he came to an Idea of making a ring from scratch. He showed me a few amazing ruby stones, and one of them was perfect for me (cut, size, price, colour, clarity). We talk a lot about what the ring will look like, he has a lot of ideas and he can show you samples and other rings that he made in the past. For me the most important thing was that the stone has a certificate so that I am completely sure that I am getting what I am paying for and Nifal was very sincere about everything. He showed me all the certificates and answered any questions I had. He is truly professional and very friendly at the same time. You can see that making gems are his art and that he really loves his job. Later on we talked on WhatsApp, I wanted the ring to look exactly as I imagined it and I made a few changes in the process, but he was very happy to make it look just as I wanted to. The outcome was perfect, I love the ring so much and I wouldn't change anything about it. So for anyone who lives in Dubai or just stopping by, if you ever need a really special custom piece of jewellery, I would highly recommend Cylon Master Gems and Nifal. Nifal, I would like to thank you for the great and professional service I received.. never mind my dream ring. When staying at Fairmont the Palm, my husband wanted to purchase me a ring. I was very hesitant as I thought due to the store being in a hotel it's going to be very pricey. To my surprise, it was so well priced and made to exactly what I wanted. Very disappointing experience with Ceylon Master Gems. I bought a pink sapphire from Nifal and was told that it was an unheated stone. It came with an IDL certificate but I had it tested by GIA to double check. Luckily I did, as the GIA test shows it was actually heated and .01 carat less besides. I returned the stone so FYI for any future customers who are interested in the same sapphire, you may want to take this GIA certificate into your consideration also...

Thank you Nifal for my beautiful ring. He was able to deliver what I have communicated and expected of my ring. We were very happy. Nifal is also very transparent with the pricing as he gave us a run down of the calculations. His prices are reasonable so don't expect a discount but he will instead give you his honest pricing. For us, it was better than haggling in that big jewelry store wherein I never know if the price is right or they've marked it up big time. All in all, thank you Nifal. I now know who trust with jewelry.x
