We worked with Casa Prestige for our villas in Pearl Jumeirah. The team was very professional and easy to work with, even when we requested prompt additions or changes to certain aspects of the original designs. The final outcome of the interiors was beautiful and better than we anticipated. I would highly recommend them for any interior designing needs.
Their work is so professional that they take the project to a personal level! The team provides tremendous support in brainstorming, designing, planning, supervising, choosing suppliers... etc, and having them was a big addition. I had their advice on every step of my villa project.
Such a great experience working with CasaPrestige... Found them by searching online. Inquired online and got a quick response. I made an appointment for them to visit my home. Met them, they brought over samples, explained the ordering and process. They also provided great advice based on my home and my needs. The turn around time was quick , and the finishing were amazing. Super luxurious yet modern. :)
We were immediately impressed with the range of ideas Casa Prestige suggested for our house in London and were amazed by the 3D sketches of a totally transformed house that was to our exact likings. We contracted Casa Prestige to formalise the designs, seek planning consent, prepare the detailed drawings to gain building control approval and liaise with our builder during during the extensive works. For those who might have seen my 1st review which I posted, it's been 3 months now and nobody in Casa Prestige had the courtesy to reach out to me to even discuss this matter, let alone settle it. In this day and age of customer service, I find this lack of response rather shocking. If Google review failed to elicit a response, I wonder what could. Update Dec 26, 2016: I was contacted by one of Case Prestige prospects who wanted to know more about my experience. So here is a quick summary: 1) I have had a great experience working with their design consultant and things were cruising quite well until they were not. 2) We were at the design stage and the 3Ds were not finalized, when I got transferred to US by my employer. I immediately informed Case Prestige and wrote an official letter to their management, hoping that they can offer a fair settlement since it was no more feasible for me to continue building the property. Unfortunately, this is where things went south. The true character of a services company cannot be judged until something goes against the plan; I am sure you would agree that 'getting transferred to US' is not a business as usual scenario, and all I was asking is to refund some portion of the hefty design fee I had paid (whatever their management deemed 'fair'). Turns out, they did not bother to even meet me to discuss this situation, let alone make a settlement. My suggestion to any prospect customers would be to read the contract very carefully and keep my experience in mind before you agree to pay the full contract amount, well ahead of job completion.
