I had the worst customer experience ever with casa lusso. I bought a sofa and I found out it was damaged when they delivered it. They promised to replace it, but again delivered the same damaged sofa. When I asked for full refund. They asked to deduct delivery charges abd bank credit card charges. I refused and I had to visit multiple times to finally get the refund.
