What a disappointment! I did the research on the reviews, discussed with this company reps before handing them my 3 carpets. All for nothing. It seems they have never cleaned the natural wool carpets before!! One carpet came OK (not wool made). But the 2 others were dumped to our place completely damaged (we were on vacation then). They were looking like animal fur and the shape was not rectangular anymore and felt like blankets not carpets anymore! All the wool material charm were gone! They were initially dodging us but finally came and took the carpets for "fixing". Once they brought them back-on one carpet there was a hole through and when my wife asked to fix it, they just ran away! Imagine that! They damaged my carpets, took the money, and ran way (and they don't pick my calls of course)...horrible service. Please think twice calling them if you have wool made, expensive carpets.

Amazing service, I had 3 carpets dearest to me, didn't know where to clean them and for sure didn't want to give them to the dry cleaners in my neighborhood. Contacted carpet solutions, and couldn't believe it, my 3 carpets picked up cleaned and delivered the same day. My carpets looked as if they were new. Well done Carpet Solutions, will use your service again.
