Today i went to Carolina Herrera dubai mall I bought a skirt for my sister and it needed shortening so i asked them to do so at first they told me they only have one tailor and his traveling for 15 days and then we asked what can we do know a guy came that is called Shafiq and he was the most disrespectful salesman i have ever met in my life he told me that the person that told u he will shorten the skirt can pay from his money and we can do nothing. At the end I didn’t care about the skirt as i was mad from his behavior.
Absolutely pathetic customer service! They wouldn't taper their own brand's pant purchased from another branch. Infact they did the tailoring themselves and then didn't want to fix their messy tailoring work when prompted. Had to wait for a whole month and they still didn't do a good job. The staff was downright rude and unhelpful. Actually argued with me and stated because I purchased the item on sale he wouldn't help me out and required "management approval from Headoffice" for the fixing of a pant? Never buying CH again.
