This would be my first ever BAD experience with such an old reputed brand , here's what happened... We had ordered some snacks worth approx. 170/- and order was placed at sharp noon and delivery was planned for 1900 hrs. same day and got a verbal confirmation "delivery confirmed". All details and location was shared over what app including the location, payment and who to contact. At 1800 hrs. called to remind the staff that don't forgot to send the delivery and got an answer staff has left for the delivery from 1900 hrs. i kept calling that the delivery hasn't reached please check staff answered "sir i will call back never did, called again at 1930 hrs. no answer from the store or delivery gentleman. Finally, we received the delivery at 2015 hrs. and what a pathetic excuse "" sorry we had a lot of delivery"" Are you serious can anyone accept a delay over 90 mins with such a silly reason , you can’t arrange some other alternates or advance plan. One of our staff had her bday and she left without cutting the cake which really is not ACCEPTABLE.... No doubt the food quality is excellent, but this really trigged me and felt very sad that we couldn't celebrate her bday. Sorry but this post is a lesson for your team IF YOU PROMISE MAKE SURE YOU FULFIL OR ELSE DO NOT COMMENT AND MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE PERSON UPDATED we are in healthcare and everyday fighting and risking our life's as frontlines this how we get treated. Ridiculous and care free attitude from such a brand is not what we accept. Pull up our socks there is a lot of competition out there.. YOU lost a foodie plus a happy customer. Regards

They have great mini pizzas that my kids and I love. Also have a variety of confectionery. They do birthday cakes on order too but can't comment on them as I haven't brought one myself.

Good Day, I'm writing this review as I experienced bad service with the wrong order and the food was so delayed. We had placed our order on Saturday. We had order at 10:49am, 55 cheese buns and 5 hotdog rolls. The manager was the one who had taken the order. We had asked to have the items separated 15, 20 and 20 per box. We only received our order after 12pm, after numerous follow ups with the manager and the driver which had asked for our location to be sent via whatsapp and later the driver asked again for the location to be sent, he still had not arrived as promised. Later on the manager lied yet again that the driver was outside and downstairs from our building which we had gone down to have a look. The most disappointing is that we had ordered 55 cheese buns to our surprise opening the box today being Sunday we had 20 cheese pizza, never knew a person can take a order of 55 cheese buns and make it 20 cheese pizza. I'm so disappointed and upset. I shall never want to return or order again from this place.
