Im rating Capitol Hotel 1 star because of keeping a very rude African security. He was talking very rudely to me and my friends. Not allowing us to use the lift to go rooftop. His excuse was that shisha lounge was full. In the meant time he even allowed 12 more people in front of us to visit the rooftop. Most of them were night club ladies who buys nothing from the hotel. 1 star because Capitol Hotel did not train their security.
