Great experience for kids and adults. Making a bear that stays with you forever. Plus there are a lot of customization you can do like voice notes. The staff is the most helpful ive experienced.

My daughter celebrated her birthday in Build-a-Bear Workshop in Mercato Mall a week ago. I’m most impressed with the staff professional way of handling parties. They did an excellent job in organizing and entertaining 36 kids. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for making my daughter’s party a memorable experience for everyone!
