Expensive with no real value. For people who knows what real Turkish food is, this is definitely something else. You will get the same names and looks, but the taste is far from Turkish food. On top of that, prices are high. May be due to the fancy decor, which is impressive. I liked the service. Staff are cheerful and professional.

Their service is very slow. We were four visiting during COVID time their JBR branch and they made us sit in small square table, when asked to additional table the manager said there is no place. When the food arrived there was no place to keep on the table plus it arrived very late. When we were asked about the service, we informed the manager about the service being slow and the food was not great taste..he offered complimentary tea which never arrived. Overall the restaurant and the service is bad but it has good view of Dubai eye from their terrace.

Staff were very friendly and smiling all the time even behind the mask you can see it specially miss “yolanda” extra like , service was excellent and fast , nice outdoor setting, weather was amazing in January , view opposite to blue waters dubai , food was 5 stars , i felt i am in turkey , Turkish tea, baklava with ice cream, food portion each plate is enough for 2 persons , food was tasty and well prepared and served , they can stamp parking card , staff wearing masks i will sure repeat and recommend this restaurant ....

AmaZing place for very affordable food! The quality of food is just great, never been here and this won t be my last time! i enjoy to frequently visit this place.. they have great food and ambiance.. friendly and welcoming staff.. always good experience.. but despite the staff is trying their best, it is obvious that number of staff is not enough - especially at busy times.. they need to do something about this, if they want to keep the customers happy and loyal..

We got mixed impressions from this place: location, interior and exterior were very nice, good menu and very good choice. The food itself was very good, we enjoyed it. The service was disappointing. We had to wait for a while before menu was offered. Then the food was served in a strange way: one dish at a time, drinks arrived half way. One of the drinks was incorrect, several staff members were discussing it in front of our table instead of just replacing it. Nobody offered us a desert menu, no attention after we were finished and wanted to leave. I gave it 4 stars but the service was actually 3. But once again: location is nice and food is tasty. Hopefully they will improve the service

We had a wonderful dinning experience at Bosporus served by Saif, he served us with much respect and compassion, very friendly made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend. Delicious Turkish food.
