Hooked on Hena

I simply love the street food at Bombay Chawpatti. Their pani Puri, Papri Chaat, Dahi Puri and Masala Dosa have always been excellent. I have had them multiple times. Food quality is great and it’s pocket friendly. Another dish I would recommend is the pav Bhaji. Their rasmali is delicious too. I have had their fresh juices and masala tea and think it’s one place all us desis should try.

Very poor service. The staff took the wrong order for the dosa we ordered. Gave normal Pepsi instead of Diet Pepsi which we had ordered and billed ... also saying it’s not possible to change. But finally the Pepsi they did change. The dosa they gave which we hadn’t ordered and when it came was so cold and stale. A lot of reviews in this thread show they have been repeating the same mistake . Also at the same time we saw another customer provided with a similar wrong order. The staff seems to be very inefficient and makes it a point not to acknowledge or correct their mistakes and serve the customer. Hope the management does some thing to rectify.

Ordered several poor and Rai kachori.taste both was good and it was fun to eat.sev Puri was not that much spicy as compare to Raj kachori.but fillings of both we're almost same nothing much difference.but to have as a snacks it's a nice place to eat as they have some different options too.one time try you can

Very bad experience, they served reheated rice, and mixed with chicken which was separatly cooked and later added to rice while reheating. Even chicken was raw cooked, clearly seen pink, and smelling raw. When asked the staff why is it looking like reheated biryani, they replied it's our special recipe. Pathetic, I couldn't return because I tasted but it's like 33 AED thrown in garbage. Never visit them, because their cooking is suspicious..
