What a service..... I drove all the way from dubai land to Al Diyafa after being promised that a specific medicine is kept for me to pickup. Arrived to the pharmacy to find out that the medicine was not available and it is out of stock in the whole market. Pharmacist Mohamad Hamed has taken an extra step in customer service and managed to get me my need through personal connections. This what we call a service.
