Disappointed with their service. Offer price on the website is different upon visiting their garage. They even proceed with the maintenance jobs of my car without informing me of the right charges/price. I’m surprised that my bill had doubled. Not recommended!

I toke my care there in running condition, toke it back by recovery truck! I went Big Boss Garage for oil change and a car wash as per on offer they published online, during the service a gentleman by the name or Mike approached me and told me that there is a problem with the ignition coils, it’s better to replace but as a temporary solution he said that they will tape it, I found that as a nice gesture, but the guy who supposed to tape the engine just toke his 1 hour lunch break, so I waited for one hour for one hour till a gentleman tapes the coils, toke the car to another place for the car wash and it became undriveable, care the garage is like 100 meters, but to reach there my car stalled like 6 times, after the car wash I went back to let the guy remove the tape so my care will return to the condition I bring it in for oil change, they remove the tape but still the care is un drivable it stall and speed cannot reach over 40 km otherwise it will shake like crazy, I went back there to speak to a gentleman called Ben, he was rude and didn’t take any responsibility, he said the electrical part can damage anytime it’s not his fault and the only solution he can offer me is to leave the car and fix the ignition coils, I told him I came in garage driving now I cannot drive, he said I could be lying, so nope I don’t recommend this place.
