If you are in the university and you are studying engineering in Electronic and Electrical engineering this shop will be useful for you. Also they have some engineers in Electrical engineering major the will help you for your graduation project, they will advise you and give you some ideas for the graduation project. however they can help you to build a robot if you need. Finally, I prefer all the electronic students to visit it they will enjoy it

Guys this is honestly one of the WORST companies I have EVER ordered from. They promise you a date for delivery and then they ignore the delivery completely! I ordered a sensor from them and still did not receive it for over 2 WEEKS! Horrible customer service, the staff literally yelled that it wasn’t their problem, and they basically ignore all your requests about it. Honestly my university and I stopped dealing with them Completely because of their horrible service and attitude. Save yourselves the headache and order from somewhere else.
They have a wide selection of components, but they are extremely over-priced.They depend on clueless students buying things for 5 times the price of components you and I can order online from aliexpress. I bought an expensive component once from them that was damaged. Not only did the owner refuse to take the component back or even look at the receipt, he got very angry and disrespectful and showed me the door. I even saw a universal programmer being sold for around 900AED when the same exact device was available online for 200AED. The shop has a lot of components, but prices are sky-high and the owner is known to be unprofessional and rude depending on his mood. I highly advise people to order components online and they will save 80% of the cost since the shop is only ordering the components online from aliexpress and other chinese online stores and selling it for 5 times the price and then acting all rude and disrespectful. Absolute rip-off operation.

Besomi Electronics is excellent. The products are with international quality and Customer service is appreciated specially dealing with Ms Madelon she is very professional and polite while explaining about products. Email and phone call response from Ms Mikki is always on time and satisfactory.
They have a great collection of electronic bits. Almost everything you will ever need.
Prices displayed on their website are not the actual prices. Had ordered but was informed their actual selling price was 100% more than their website price. disappointing experience :-(
