I was very happy with Bellissima salon until this new Arabic lady came at the reception. She forget to return my card. She didn’t call/ message although she had my mobile number As a result I paid 300aed for the lost!!! A month later I go back to the salon and I m seeing my card there and no apology from this lady neither the manager Not going again
