The company is very quick in collecting items and money, afterwards they stop responding at all.. They simply don't answer or keep giving vague answers. Finally they never told us when the shipment arrived to destination and abandoned us.. Not recommended at all UPDATE: we didn't get the shipment yet although It has been nearly 60 days since it left Dubai.. Recieving company in Istanbul wants to charge us additional 740.. DON'T TRUST BBC....ps: I'm Mais husband
