The shop is well maintained and has a good ambience. The cakes kept on display are a work of art which not only looks appetising but also tastes awesome.

Amazing cafe to try out different cakes and pastries. There are loads of them leaving you confused which to try. I had chocolate eclairs (4/5) and Black Forest (5/5). I liked the latter very much and realised how great this common cake can get. They also serve English breakfast and other meals too.

Very bad online delivery service and disappointing customer support for online service you can never trust them and place online orders . In store dining service and customer service is good. Quality of food and cake are also good But for online orders never choose them, They do delivery as per their convince not per your requested time ! You can never count on their delivery team! Order No: 94868 Personally I have to visit the Dubai branch to get my online order which was suppose to deliver to SHARJAH around 12 afternoon by bake-mart . They spoil my entire day , Even I reach their branch it took 20-30 minutes to get my order around 5.30 pm Never do any online orders from them!

We bought the tiramisu cake from the Bakemart Qusais branch last night. It was an extremely disappointing experience as the quality of the cake was terrible. We've been purchasing cakes from this store for all special occasions for years now and it was one of our favourite store and this was the first time we've had such a terrible experience. It was mostly filled with whipped cream and barely had any cake.The quality has been drastically compromised.

The new breakfast menu is really gourmet and authentic. Staff are very kind and helpful. The indoor environment nicely complements the type of food you get here which is just perfect for a early morning breakfast or lunch and dinner. I had come here for the breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Great way to start the day!!

Being the only dine in customer took them 10 mins to get me the menu, this is the second time this happiness. The worst customer service I have experienced. And when talked about it they were in shock that I am upset like it was a normal thing to keep customer waiting for the menu if that is the case then how Will the food take. Great food bad customer service.

Place is quite spacious and staff is always busy, yet friendly. Usually end up at this place to have the yummy fluffy omelettes breakfast. Coffee here is amazing, yet expensive. Used to love the old plain french toasts with the different bread. Recommended!!!
