Bought loose petals for a shoot and a few balloons.. stuff was great but the service was a bit slow. The guy who spoke English when I placed the ordered told me he won't be in the next day when I was supposed to collect the order. The next day I rang them to confirm if it was all ready there was one guy who couldn't understand a word he hung up on me.. so I rang again and then also he hung up on me, 3rd time, 4th time and eventually he put me through to his manager. Manager also did the same thing he couldn't understand a word either so he kept hanging up on me too but I really wanted to pick up my order. If it wasn't so necessary I wouldn't have bothered so I asked them I wanted to pay by phone as I wasn't collecting the order personally. I was told it's alright so they took my card details and all when my driver turned up they wouldn't hand over the stuff to him because it wasn't paid for and he was asked to pay. He rang me and I was furious at this point they said it didn't go through but they just didn't know what I was talking about anyway so in the end I requested the driver to pay on my behalf and then I payed him after.. soooo disappointed at their service tbh but I was glad to get the stuff
