Worst insurance experience in Dubai. Uniformed Sales Reps fail to customize your product so that you wake up with a bad surprise. Not well trained Customer service agents fail to inform you about your rights when its time to regulate your damage so that you have to adsorb cost the insurance was supposed to cover and once you complaint - the complaint management twists facts and defends the local team rather than improving customer experience. Do not get mislead by the name, NOT everywhere where AXA is written on is AXA inside!
