I wish i could give ZEROOOO STARS ... I just want to share with u my experience with Autobank car dealer in alqouz . They are cheating their customer to sell cars. I liked one car there and they were saying the car has full history with the agency which wasnt since 2017. They said no painting and the car had an accident at the bumper and repainted. SO PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM AND CHECK BEFORE BUYING ANY CAR FROM THEM. I have all the evidence and conversation for proof. Kindly check the details of the car. Thanks

Few days back. I got a call from a lady Cecilia. that she is calling from Auto Bank and they are interested in my car. It will take only 15 to 20 mins. She sent me location. I was quite hesitate to go there because of bad image of dealers. I went to them after 3 days. They checked my car and in 10 min all was done. They give me a very good offer of my Audi Q5. I just signed sales agreement and got my cash. They even dropped me home. Best experience of selling alone my car. Thumbs up to the Auto Bank. Highly recommended

I have wasted my time and money checking one of the cars in a different garage just to make sure. Apparently, I have Found more than 7 items that should be replaced/fixed that they haven’t spotted. The team has sent the car to the agency since it was still under warranty once I showed them all the items that have been found I have asked them to provide the report that came from the agency just to double check what have been changed/fixed. apparently they told me that I need to wait until Sunday! we have both agreed that I will come on that day and check the report and finalize the purchase (all in cash) AFTER ALL THIS HUSLTE THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER PERSON!! Such a disappointment. Can’t trust them anymore. And most importantly the false promises that was given which is the most important thing than any car or money! I hope you will learn your lesson moving forward ...

Freindly staff, Mr. Abd Al Rahman was professional and cooperative to sell the car. Took 10 min to check and 20min to sell at a reasonable price. RTA system no need to go to RTA.
