You can easily find better garages in Dubai. Even though their website clearly states that they provide a pick-up and delivery service, this was suspiciously “unavailable” when I enquired about it. For a cosmetic car body dent, the repair took over 2 weeks to complete which is shocking for industry standards. Anyway, timescale aside, the actual repair itself was acceptable. However, the mechanic attempted to use a cheaper unoriginal branded tyre. I had to dispute it in order to receive an original and new tyre for this job.
Car came back with more faults then when I dropped it off... nice people but you can find better
