I love it.. many activities inside, you don’t need to get out of the hotel.. excellent restaurants but of course expensive Must try swimming with the dolphins, it’s super cool.. water park access.. but the hotel is always crowded.. nail spa, salon , barber, shopping, clinic, pharmacy on site ! Toy shops, essential shop, icecream shop.... I didnt enjoy the breakfast or the dinner, it was extremely crowded, didn’t notice any restrictions except for masks.. excellent croissants.. but it was too Asian and Indian cuisine! Staff working very hard and efficient. Hotel cart will take you to the water park and bring you back. The food in the water park was very yummy From Mexican to pizza cones ( must try) to poke Everything was excellent. Excellent peaceful beach Very big pools Very clean toilets all the time Excellent service but be prepared for tipping on everything !

A majestic 5 Star hotel in Dubai... don't know about 7 star if there is such a thing in hospitality. Well appointed interiors and rooms. Been there quite long time more than a decade ago and it was really new that time. Really enjoyed it with the family especially the Aquaventure Water Park which was a blast. I personally loved the huge aquariums and the Leap of Faith ride.
Words cannot express how euphoric it was walking into this place! Beyond what I expected and I didn’t even get to see it all! To start off it’s gorgeous! The shops, aquarium, activities and restaurants are amazing! I went for a dolphin encounter and the water park was included. The staff was amazing. A wet suit, towels and showers are provided which I never received any place else I had a dolphin encounter. I just wished a photo was included because it was overpriced and not good package options. Schedule early because the entire park closes at 6! I am so disappointed I missed the jetskiing and flyboard but I’ll be back. I wish I could afford to stay here. Everything is literally right there and there’s so much more I was unable to see! You have to go!!

All the architectural design including furniture etc is compatible with the theme. Main restaurant is situated facing the largest man made aquarium. You get a rare opportunity to dine while watching almost all the sea lives from all over the world. The iconic building has designed as to showcase the sun rise and sun set through its big arches which is located in the middle of the hotel. The hotel has a largest aquarium in order to entertain its customers. You have to by tickets to enter.
We stayed at Hotel Atlantis the Palm for 7 days in April 2021. We had a wonderful time in the hotel, which we could fully savor and enjoy thanks to the Food & Beverage Manager Valeria. Valeria is a great manager who took care of all of our worries and reserved the most delicious restaurants within the hotel for us. In addition, she solved every problem for us and helped us to have a great time. In our opinion she is one of the best hotel managers we have ever met. We would come back! Best regards from Germany
Great place to stay. The only 7 Star Hotel in the World situated in Dubai. Great hospitality. Well appointed interiors and rooms. Really enjoyed it with the family especially the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark. which was a blast. I personally loved the huge aquariums and the Leap of Faith ride. Excellent destination for a family vacation. Situated at the top of the Palm, it has every facilities. Starting from the biggest water park in Middle-east to world class restaurants by Gordon Ramsey and other celebrity chefs, this has everything for the whole family. They have got kids zone as well named as “Toy Kingdom “ so family trip would be more preferable. Though It’s slightly expensive and crowded but the service and amenities are top notch.
I have been here a few times but this time is especial! Got to experience the VIP lounge and the best suite with the aquarium view. Spectacular experience...
Our stay at the famous Atlantis, the Palm in Dubai was Super special. The hotel is really beautiful and massive ! The rooms are large and plush and the service is quite nice. There were some renovations going on, which was rather annoying but overall we had a wonderful stay. The food is nice and the water park is simply amazing.
