Atisuto in Business Bay is a real treat especially if you get there before sundown! Sit outside at this time of year and enjoy the water fountains in all their glory . Within a few short minutes as darkness falls watch the stunning lights as trees sparkle, water flows and magnificent colour adorns the whole area outside on the terrace. Did I mention the food?! Well it’s great! Sushi lovers ️ in Dubai need not miss out on Atisuto for their reliability on all levels - from the fresh tasting fish, delicious dishes to accompany, yummy coolers and great service. Their prices are reasonable and, having reviewed Atisuto Al Ghurair I find this place awesome thanks to the views!

Friendly staff. Amazing ambiance. The Ramens were quite filling. Ordered the full portion. Value for money. One of the best Ramens in Dubai. Also has lots of other options true to Japan. Make sure you head there early cause they close at 10pm.
Always first thing that comes in my mind after a long day of work at bay square. Freshly cooked and served. Cool staff and amazing place that I always need to consider everywhere i go next to food.
Taste ok but fake crab meat in chirashi? That was a total disaster and killed the chirashi. Soft shell crab was good, could use a little more salt, decently battered. Sencha tea was ok.
Taste is not bad. Every time Taste is difference. Another shop is better.

Serving is 2.5 The restaurant is on the passing rate of 2.5 but theres a lot to improve in the service. ex. Quality of food should be at finest when serving to customer. Ensure that soup is hot, sushi must have an accourate appearance. T Tea pot - When we request for hot water for tea pot, we receive warm water. Hope that you improve your services, and I will rereview your restaurants, and even market you .
If I could rate them 0, I will. They have the worst customer service. I tried ordering using my entertainer for take away like I always do and I was told that I cannot use entertainer for take away and that I should do it thru the Entertainer App. So I did while I was standing there at the door. So I started choosing my order and the app could not do the 2 for 1 offer. All they told me is that, it’s not out fault and it’s the app. They told me, the 2 ladies that are very unhelpful that they cannot assist me with my order because it’s not their fault. Not offering any options. No customer service was provided at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a total waste of time because instead of helping me they just argueD that they can’t help.
Having good food in Atisuto is like winning the lottery. One time it’s good and other times it’s bad. This time round, we ordered wontanmen (dumplings). Super thick skin (too much flour) with some undercooked, and the chicken meat in there is about 10% of the dumpling. There really isn’t anything much in the dish to warrant that amount you pay for. The salmon avocado sushi was also disappointing with rather mushy rice. Definitely my last time trying my luck to have so decent food at this place.
