We got a medela mini electric breast pump which has warranty. Now we have a problem with the machine and we contacted them for warranty. But they redirected to another dealer. I took off from my work and went to them but they simply changed one filter and cap which is not at all related to issue and they never shown us demo after service. After I brought from them again the same problem raised. So again I have to take off from my work to fix the same issue for the second time. On the top of everything since the machine not working in the middle of the night we couldn't feed to our baby and he cried a lot. Medela is highly not recommended if you want to take care of your baby.

Pathetic Service Aster ! Asked for Cut wound Cream like (No Marks). And provided me a different one and suggested to use for two weeks and the wound will completely go off. Unfortunately I couldn’t check the name of the Cream and once I reached home it was (Mama’s Belly Rub Strech Mark Oil) I’ve seen my cousin using this Oil after her pregnancy. And I don’t think this oil will help to heal my Cut wound which is around 87.25 aed. Literally shame on your service Aster. You people are only into Business not for serving people. I request everyone to check the medicine’s Name and Usage before leaving the Pharmacy and make sure the medicine you purchase is needful to you.
