They only care about landlords interest, not thinking of their customers (tenants) Overpriced serviced with zero value for your dollar. Super high contact renewal fees, micromanagement style and cutting cost. Zero response on complaints

the worst ever company. service quality is very bad ,security deposit non refundable ,they manipulate i've moved from bldg 230 apt 103 in Discovery Garden from the 15 of July 2020 and I can't get back my security deposit until now. lately they informed that flat painting costed around 1900 dhs ,however i spent only one year in the flat and it was almost new, however painting cost shall be paid by landlord

the worst ever company ,security deposit they will try to point out unnecessary charges for which we are not responsible and will reduce as much amount from security deposit as I spent only one year in the flat and it was almost new and even inspection team also mentioned it looks like new and flat was clean without single pest and then they put charge during final clearance from security deposit , however painting cost shall be paid by landlord and also they expect pest to be done by tenants as they pertain to new tenants as pest control is done by asteco and at the end they make tenant to do pest control saying that it is mentioned in contract and nowhere it is written like that and if not they will charge pest control on us. And even they expect CFL and all to be changed by tenant as they provide old CFL during handover. If you don't want to waste your hard earned money please rethink before going with asteco . I am happy I didn't renewed my contract again and never will recommend asteco to anyone

Management, which will not even bother to get your deposit back from the landlord. When you sign in with them the show you professionalism until they get paid but when you need something to be done they are not there and no one response.

Honestly, I’ve dealt with numerous property managers from this company and every single one is incompetent to do their job. They are very lazy, make silly mistakes, never get back to you and you will constantly have to follow up. I suggest not renting an apartment managed by them. They are extremely unprofessional and again, without naming anybody, the property managers aren’t qualified enough to do their jobs. You will never get your security deposit back, they have zero tenant interest and everything is on the landlord end. The worst experience I’ve faced in property management and I’ve lived here for 8 yrs.

The worst ever, especially when it comes to get your security deposit back. I have been waiting since 3 months, nothing so far , and the incharge person stopped accepting my calls.
