They will give 13th month contract initially as a offer with high standard price and will never return your deposit and sometimes asked money from you instead....if anyone does not care about deposit money can go with them thinking paying for 12 mnths only...

Guys don't ever take any apartment with Asteco, they are big cheaters You pay security deposit but that is not refundable. (They will never give money back, and you need to pay additional amount) and yearly increase is huge. Stay away from asteco, and stay safe

One of the worst property management I ever seen in my 15 years of Dubai experience. Especially Sridhar Shetty is very arrogant and non responsive person. Be careful with this Asteco Property management. You have to wait many months to get back your security deposit. There will not be any joint inspection during apartment handover but you will see many people (Joint inspection) with professional camera while you are vacating the apartment.

Can't agree more with the reviews which I read below.. They are cheaters.. Always take away your deposit. Mine was stuck since 4 months and they are saying they will return only 770 out of 3,000. I am fighting still..

Guys whoever is reading my review..kindly don’t choose this..these guys are cheaters..will never pay ur deposit back..rather they would add extra bill beyond ur deposit..we had very bad experience..7months they didn’t pay our deposit they send another list of bills..they will note even if there’s tiny mark anywhere in apartment even if it’s from previous tenants..DONT CHOOSE ASTECO..Nobody told us am warnin all of you now..
