Really bad service. Got it through a reference and spoke to Mr.Faizal, when reached Mr.Shahzad handed over the car ( no car delivery option or else you have to drive back the driver).Old cars, not well maintained, not even washed, stinking. Last Thursday some issue ,car didn't start.Informed Mr.Faizal who didn't respond. Then met Mr.Gafoor who came on Friday with another car as replacement.( He claims they have 80 cars ).While returning the replacement car, found the rental car I opted was full of dust, three stripes of celotape on the bumper,smoking smell inside.Arguments and long discussion asking me to clean it up myself.Yesterday, Mr.Gafoor said he will do the washing & change of airfilter today. Awaiting them till now.
