They do not respect their customers. I went there from 1 week choosing whatever i want. They were supposed to deliver the next day which didn’t happen. I called again and they said so sorry we will do it tomorrow and till now nothing happened. Very bad service

I have bought many plants from here in the past. But recently I bought a Rose Bush from here. It died within a week. I took it back and asked for a replacement or a refund. The manager was not interested to help me, or to at least give me some sort of compensation. Very unfortunate, as most plant dealers in Dubai will always go out of there way to appease the customer. I will not be buying plants from here anymore
BE WARNED Dishonest manager with no sense of honor. They destroyed the window on my truck loading a pot and refused to do anything but shrug and say “it just happens”. If you don’t want something like this to “just happen” to you I’d suggest shopping elsewhere.
