Very poor customer service . Dealing with properties they dont have full control on .had a terrible experience with them and their fees are exorbitant.

Very poor customer service, charged extra agency fees for “managed property” that they didn’t have full control over and so couldn’t manage anything. Go back on their word, Continuous excuses, ignore emails and all round very poor service. Would not work with them again.
