Armani Spa Thursday August 2nd 2018 Booked an appointment at 6:30 pm and they asked us to be there at 6:00 pm. •We reached the reception at the third floor and presented the voucher with the credit card ( while we were in the seating area ) •One staff member came and asked whether we had any medical conditions, and verified the type of treatment ( we asked for deep tissue massage) •One staff guided us to the lockers area where we changed to bath robes and proceeded to a long room that had five inclined small beds with towels and optional wool covers. We waited there around 15 min while listening to calm music . •Therapists arrived and took us to the massage room ( they have a ‘same gender’ policy ) •The therapist verified ( one more time ) my name , type of treatment and duration •The treatment was excellent and the type of oils used were really good

If I could give the experience I had zero stars I genuinely would. The staff here is exceptionally rude and mismanaged. I had booked a full body massage for two people, the week leading up to the appointment I had to call the spa THRICE in order to ensure that my booking was indeed confirmed. During each of these calls they took my personal details in order to send me my booking details the likes of which they never managed to do. On the day of the appointment, they had the audacity to blame any lack of contact on their end on me! Not only that but inspite of me repeating my contact details on three separate occasions, they still managed to get my contact details wrong. Its frankly ridiculous that I had to chase after them constantly to book a single appointment only for their abhorrent incompetence to lead to the eventual cancellation of it.

Came in to enjoy a relaxing couples massage. It's a very hippie massage studio. The masseuse was super nice and gave me a firm pressured massage, I love it

Helpful staff, beautifully designed everything. Massage therapists are good. Men's facilities are ok at best. Pool is worth it for the view of the Burj Khalifa alone. Good value for two on the Entertainer offer.

The best lady I ever tried the Arabian lady very professional and the massage was really amazing the oils the creams the peeling she did at the end of the session to clean the oil here is her Number 529212300 she works praivte
