Bad service, they ask what time to deliver package and then nobody delivers or even gives a call. If there is issue or cant deliver - call? For them it is better to say that nobody was at home. That's a lie. Terrible!!! Everybody can come Noon, Amazon, but Aramex has issues. Worst service ever. Don't use them.

Worst and Worst Delivery Experience... The delivery guys will not even wait for 5 mins to fetch the ID and will leave without delivering even if we are in our place. They will leave even without notifying. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER..!! And they have a disaster customer care which is nothing but wasting of time.

Terrible ! Been trying to reach customer service for a few days now. No one is responding , at best you can reschedule the shipment and never get it on time. They lie they have tried reaching you.

if you want lousy not on time service, order from Ikea and have it delivered via Aramex. You'll get tons of confirmations at which time your order would be delivered. You make time for this and then Aramex simply does not show. They dont even have the decency to sent you a message or an email about the delay.. WHY? Because they really could not care less about their customers.I will in the future not order with any company anymore, who uses Aramex as their carrier.

This is the worst delivery company on the entire planet. My package has been with them for almost a week now, and they have refused to deliver it. They are as useless as the word useless itself. Never ever use this company. This is the most honest review on here. Ignore all all other reviews. This company is thrash.

The worst experience ever! They damaged my package and refused to deliver for 3 weeks, but constantly hiding the truth and scheduling new delivery. I kept calling them, every time they say everything is fine. I'm very disappointed, I don't recommend this company.
