Worst customer service ever, you don’t want to deliver my Shipments and don’t want to cancel it!! One week the shipment in your wearhouse! Its perfumes form a local store, probably its damaged for now! Your customer service keep saying we will update and no one is doing any thing! I will call consumer protection to solve this problem

Another shipment got delayed. Worst service provider ever. A shipment that supposed to be delivered on Thursday didn’t even go out for delivery. A customer care agent apologised and said will be delivered on Saturday. Guess what on Saturday afternoon I called to cross check shipment didn’t even go or for delivery. This company deserves -5 rating . Not even a star
My shipment tekes three days to arrive in Dubai from the United states, It takes more 6 days to arrive at my home in Al qouz from Dubai Al qouz branch, I belive it is the worst branch in UAE
