No response at all, has been calling since last 3 weeks, line is busy as always and if at all you manage to get through, then they will immediately make it busy. No help whatsoever, no idea why they have kept the phone number if they are not willing to respond.

Although it was crowded but the staff is really calm and supportive. Still I wouldn't recommend Air India Express in the future due to unforseen suprise circumstances.
None picks the phone, visited personally and found one female staff siting on the first right seat having a chat in phone and not attending to the guests, like to give zero ️
One more good experience that they contacted immediately booked my flight ticket through our Indian embassy in a very short period.
This office is easily accessible very close to salahudheen metro station. During the vandhey Bharath mission this office was highly useful for Indian citizens in UAE. The staff needs to be trained properly for a better customer service even in challenging environment.
