Arabian Royal Passenger Transport is the best transportation company in Dubai.I highly recommend their services as the Staff is highly professional. It is was really nice to travel with you guys. Literally the best car rental company I’ve seen as they are having good condition vehicles, very professional, charming office staffs and chauffeur. Very easy to make a reservation. Affordable rental rates. Excellent customer services. Consistency and Excellence services. Enjoyed my ride with their airport transfer services. Definitely, I will recommend to use their services.

We had 7 days of touring package with them. Out of that, they completely ruined our 2 days, just because of their internal communication mistakes. First incident was, due to extreme rush and long queues, we got delayed to reach back at pick point after Burj Khalifa visit. The rush could have been anticipated. But, no. They denied a cab to us at late night of 11:30 in unknown city. They simply said sorry, that you missed the pick up time. After a lot of quarreling, they provided alternative cab. Second incident was, they dropped us 2.5 hrs late at Ferrari world. We reached there at 3pm. Complete loss of our precious time. We had to skip our lunch to be part of the famous ride. Lunch skipped, every other ride skipped just because Ferrari world closes at 7 pm and they dropped us at 3 pm. I'm burning inside while writing this. Such mistakes can't be compensated. Complete loss of fun, excitement and everything that Dubai travel was meant for. They are not all bad. They are 80% good. But those 20% of mismanagement is enough to ruin your trip.
Good food good ambience
The tour agency is the worst and I recommend all of you not to choose this agency no proper management for anything and so bad timings dont obey customers orders after taking premium fees also they are just called royal Arabian tours but there are nothing . They ruined most of your days and when we asked them to send a driver at a particular time they dont and they send the driver at their leisure time . Which is not at all acceptable . The services are worst.
Amazing place
Royal Arabian has made our trip into a memorable one.. Their hotel selection , transit from / to airport, transport etc etc was really wonderful... All were punctual... There were no flaws ... Guides were very good.
