I bought Google Pixel Buds Just Black on 23 December from you through Carrefour Order No. : 17323410634892-A Invoice no I20339 now it has charging problem don't charge while in case.. And it always connected with my phone even if it's inside the charging case. I cleaned the hooks inside the case and also ports in the Buds but still the problem not solved. And it has also sound lagging problem it sounds always lag while playing music and games. Kindly help.
