They are just useless team, not providing any details about the process charges or documents needed, I may b called 100 times to them, they never pick up the phone, because of there mistakes I am paying a huge fine for my visa change. Extremely disappointed with the service and never recommend to anyone.

Big thanks to Ms Maryam, the one sitting on the first left when you enter Amer. She’s very accommodating and helpful. She assisted me regarding my daughter’s visa. If not for her, i could’ve spent money more than what i only should. This kind of customer service is very rare nowadays. Amer Burjuman must be so proud of you!
