Went for my son's Emirates I'd typing and visa stamping typing . Overwhelmed by the support given by the staff especially reception. They really make us feel what Customer Happiness is all about. Always ready to help. Really appreciating the service in AMER and their team work

I would like to add my experience to this amer typing center here in Abu hail . Lack of knowledge of the process to be taken in account to make the transactions perfect . Mention to be sent back to the same amer services where the application has Been typed before . As I was leaving the facilty I would like to clear the doubt from the reception desk and he forwarded my documents to another counter and it was successful updated . Otherwise I had to take a trip to another amer where this application was taken place at first . It's not a compliant it's the training which as to be taken over the staff again . Regards

I had very bad experiences with this centre I feel they are Un professional people ,with lack of knowledge .and high attitude, no respect towards the customers, I suggest dont visit this mamzar centre. I request the management to train the staff properly to talk to the customer in a proper way

I have visited twice and both time I waited for almost 3 hours, there are 8 counter but only 2 working and both the time they make mistakes and when i visited for the second time they have missed to upload one page from passport which was manditory, now i have to go all the way bavk from ajman to mamzar to rectify their mistake
