My Car was in the shop where they recommend me to put for car accident repair last 2014 and now it 2016 still not fixed. so i decided to take the car from the repair shop even if not yet been repair and decide to transfer to other repair shop with my own expenses. And when i try to call the repair shop to get the car out, they said needs to contact AMAN insurance first before they can released it. then i called AMAN for how many times, maybe i can count only the calls that been answered and after answering they will transfer you to concern person and when you are on hold it automatically hang up. what kind of service is that?

Very Bad Insurance Company. Do Not go to this insurance company. Very bad customer support. Actually they are cheating customers. Fraud company. Please keep away.

This is the worst insurance company I've ever experienced in any country. They have no clue what they're talking about, it took them over a month to work out a refund after cancelling a motor insurance policy, their location at Dragon Mart is nearly impossible to find, the telephone service is terrible. Would avoid these guys at any cost.

This is the worst insurance company not just in the GCC region, but probably the worst in the world. 1st of all they have the worst customer service, they don't pick up your calls, no proficiency, no emails to back up any conversations, they lie to you, false promises and false approvals. 2nd their Technik garage in DIP 2 (which is apparently owned by them) are even more unprofessional then they are. If you have a car accident which damages your car a little bit, the garage can do the rest of the damage that the accident didn't do. They put in fake parts, old parts, ruin parts in your car and tell you it's got nothing to do with the accident and you need to fix it because insurance didn't approve . Of course they expect you to fix it with them so they delay and delay and delay responses just to get you too tired and you finally say yes please fix it. i have removed my car from their garage and I have come to know that they have ruined other parts in my car. I am currently facing the worst kind of service. They will be reported.
