Excellent company, but I suggest that they replace some of the employees who reflect the image of the company with their bad dealing with inaccurate appointments and not respond to all phone calls or messages, from my experience for installing our kitchen they completed around up to now three weeks and still not finished, they will not come to complete the worke unless the customer should visit the showroom for many times and some phone calls asking them please finish your work
I gave them to do my kitchen and pantry in my new house. However their service was really really bed and they dont know how to deal with customers they keep laying about the date of fixing the kitchen. They keep telling me that they will come a specific day but they keep delaying. And when they finally came after a huge headache they fixed my both pantries in a wrong And bad way and was not like the drawings that we agreed on. Their drawings were professional but when it come to real life its something worse then you can ever imagine. They are a waste of time i really do not recommend anyone to go to alshaya trading. Bad and really poor experience!

I’m really disappointed form the very bad costumer service and mistakes that they did in my property, they ordered wrong kitchen cabinets totally different from the drawings (again I have to wait 6 weeks to the right cabinets), they changed the fixing appointment without informing me which I was waiting for it for one week, all the employees lies all the time including the company manger, fixing team took two weeks to fix 1 kitchen and 2 small pantry (excluding counter tops & devices) they also left the site with out cleaning, they don’t answer the calls and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
