A nice and beautiful place. It has a variety of restaurants and is really good for walks. It is a picturesque area and is located by the Dubai creek. There is Dhow cruise and speed boat services too. It is one of the main places of the Dubai shopping festival and fireworks display happens here. Overall, I love this place. It is a must visit during Dubai shopping festival.

Fantastic destination in Dubai for families and those interested in Dubai heritage. During DSF, there’s plenty going on, from retail offers to live entertainment. We happened to catch an artistic painting a mural and exhibiting several others, musical shows and fishermen netting fishnets live whilst singing traditional songs. In the evenings it’s magical as the lights really highlight the simple architecture of the buildings and create a magic ambience.
Hip area in Old Dubai. Picturesque views over the canal (Creek). Located in the same quarter as the many consulates. Lovely facilities for families - a lot of restaurants , a few private playgrounds, small yachts for rent or a tour, a few Hilton hotels too. Pet free area. Well maintained and extremely clean - a pleasure to walk there. Come with a loaded battery on your camera because you will be taking some great shots.
Always the perfect place to visit in the evenings.. for a walk , coffee or dinner or just to enjoy the view. It has a mix of both a modern walkway with trendy restaurants and a olden souq vibe and a large variety of restaurants and stores to enjoy with a beautiful city view.
The best spot where I felt relaxed. Good location to spend with friends, family with kids. calm and quiet with good breeze which relaxes our mind well. Lots of handicrafts shops, cafeteria and restaurants could find. Good customer service information center. Staff service is excellent. We will find prayer rooms and public toilets there. Traditional looks creates real vibe of heritage era. Looking forward to visit again.
Great walk . I only visited the place once at day time and i was amazed.
It is completely new, but you feel yourself that you are in the real \Old Orient\ of the some centuries ago. In the same time with today's high standard comfort of Dubai. I could go there every day. Do not forget to try the Abra (boat transfer to the other side of the Creek)
Evening you can spend here .. feel relax and enjoy
