Definitely needs refurbishment . The concept is good but the facilities have been “used” extensively. The bathrooms aren’t cleaned well and many of the amenities are broken and in desperate need of repair . We visited for a birthday party of my nephew and the place wasn’t even kept ready for the party . Took a walk on the outer balcony and found dirty dishes and garbage bags “hidden” from the previous guest \u200d️.

The flloaters are spacious and clean...large living area with a glass window in the floor that allows you to see the sealife...large bedrooms each with its own shower and bath. Service and staff was very helpful and fast...a pool table and other games are available...food was great...we were a party of 20 and the place was large enough.. must do again....
