It was appalling to encounter such horrendous service in this classy looking cafe, which one would expect excellent service, if not, minimally reasonable level of service. But my very first visit there, which I had made it my LAST, changed my perception totally, and I left almost immediately after I stepped in. There was this particular disrespectful and aloof male service staff who showed total disinterest to serve had deliberately ignored me after seeing me waiting at the entrance and had refused to lead me to a table in an almost EMPTY cafe by turning his head away quickly and pretended to look in other directions with arms akimbo, standing similarly like a proud peacock in a zoo! For a moment, I thought I was in a zoo instead of a cafe. Good riddance! And pull up your socks if want to survive in a competitive service industry, especially amid COVID-19! Nice cafes and restaurants abound in the Mall of the Emirates, and within the next couple of minutes, I was already lazing in another cafe which provided good food and service!

If you have a big sweet tooth and love generous portions, than the Chocolate Bar is the place to be. When I came here the first time for Christmas, I fell in love with the cozy ambience and super-chill atmosphere immediately. Everything was so fresh, creamy and delicious, that I am craving to go back. (Clockwise from bottom left) Banana Split Chocolate Truffle Cake Classic Molten Chocolate Cake Edit: I just ate here after lockdown restrictions eased in Dubai. You have to try the Red Velvet Cake and Fudge Cake! They are out of this world!

It is my second time in the restaurant and I explained in details my order however the "pasta" was nothing like pasta I can not rate the food even. It took so long time to have it and when it was finally time to eat I couldn't eat it. It was my favorite pasta in the area however I was very very very disappointed from the bad quality of the food and the service in this place. This will be the last time for me in this restaurant.

Good day! Service 8/10 The waiter/waitress did their job properly. Food/beverage quality 5/10 The cheesecake melted, feels like it was in a frozen condition and chief just reheated cake in the microwave, because the condition didn't look and taste good. There were a big difference between how the cake did look like in the menu and how the cake was served by the waiter. Instead of latte I got just cappuccino.

This place is very very cool. If you have a sweet tooth, you are in for a treat. They have many options, big portions and amazing taste. You may want to share the first one and see if you have the appetite for a second. I've tried three dishes, and all of them were very good. Haven't tried that Oreo shake thing though, maybe another day !
