This is the worst service provider that we have ever encountered for switching our account. They are not responsive. They read messages without replying. They will accommodate you well when you need at the beginning as long as they will reach their quota. After which no answer will happen. Even if you are the Manager of the company asking for a copy of the contract, they will not care at all replying to you. Of course they will give you a good deal at first and explain to you sweetness but after that there is bitterness. I just wonder why there are very unprofessional people here working like this. Unprofessional and unethical people, they not replying for Email, calls and SMS. I also trying to contact with Manager (Ayesha) She is also ignoring didn't replying and not providing any solution.

I would like to give zero star to this line for hanging up on me. I called to enquire and the man who picked up asked me to call customers care number which I did , the answering was talking and giving options which were not helpful to me. So I called back again that guy he said I have to do it through that system and just cut my call. The worst service I have ever experienced. Not professional at all. If you dont want to answer to calls its preferable to remove your phone number from your address. Thank you
