Well where should i begin about this fraudulent real estate. Moved in with my family of 4 a few months back, they told us that they will fix everything before moving in, it’s 13/07/2020 and still haven’t got anything fixed yet, our master bedroom is getting bloated cracks on the damp wall, multiple leaks, A/c problems, the counter fell and it broke the tiles on the floor, the maintenance company is so lazy “Al Maemar” that instead of replacing the tiles, they put cement on the floor ruining the finishing. And whenever you ask about fixing everything, “we have staff shortage due to covid-19”, “we gotta take approval from the owner” and they hang you for weeks for you to forget it. The sales service is very bad, poor communication skills shown by the Lady receptionist. The best way to deal with them now is that we go to the rent authority and deal with it. :)

Super super super bad service. The reception lady is rude. The service is poor. I have many shops rent from them, when you finish payment they acting like boss. Never cooperate with costumer. Always let clients wait over 3 hours in the reception. Very bad very bad very bad.

Not a good company ,they leaving bldg without security evening to not hire staff and bldg not cleaned and having insects and no one bother to fix issues in bldg and they yelling us that management saving money and not higher security so bldg left with one staff only sleeping at 10.30pm and leaving the bldg and doors opened and anyone can go in out

I'm in burj al jaberi for last one year. Good value for money.. Nice and polite staffs.. Easy to approach leasing staffs and they are helpful.
