I have been to many hospitals in Dubai, but I find Al Zahra hospital as one of the best. Facilities are amazing, doctors are well qualified, nurses and support staff are very helpful. I came here for cancer treatment and till date I have been we'll taken care off. Thanks to each and everyone who is taking care of me. Recommended hospital from my side for Oncology.

My brother is a COVID-19 paint here, he called me asking me to help him, he was locked in the one of the rooms in the hospital and no one is attending his call and screams. He got the COVID-19 virus few days ago. I spent 9 hours waiting them to admit him as in patient, immediately he called me telling that he is freezing and can’t breath and no one is there!!!!! I immediately drove the wrong side to come back. I’m writing this post in front of the hospital, sleeping in my car to make sure I can help my brother instantly when he call me in case he need something. He got a COVID-19 virus and his health is very bad, severity is high as the doctor said, he barley breath, in a high fever. Wondering if guys will trust this hospital again for any case! Call me incase you want more details and names of the staff was in-charge. In charge of giving an unacceptable excuses 971504499396

First of all, I want to apologize for the mistakes, because I write through a translator. I came to rest in this fairy tale and got to the Al Zahra Hospital. With a terrible diagnosis for every girl. I just want to express my deep gratitude to all the nurses and doctors of the maternity ward, as well as to the doctor of anesthesiology. Unfortunately, due to my condition, I couldn't remember everyone by name, I'm sorry. You have surrounded me with such care and attention, thank you for that. You are wonderful, I will remember you and your attitude for the rest of my life. You have helped me a lot not only with your professionalism, but also with your kind, attentive, caring attitude. I bow down to YOU. Only with sincere wishes, Your Elena.

I don't want to say much but for sure i wont be back! The only point that need explaining is that they tell you within 24 hours and when you are at the cashier they will tell you it will take minimum 24 hours which mean it is not within. For the rest pictures will describe how safe and hygienic the place was for any test!

Don't go for this hospital to get Covid-19 test. It is my first and last time to go to them to get the test. You need to wait 3 hours out door in the fresh lovely air, which I liked it at first, but after that, they will let you in, and make you stand in a queue for more than an hour, although there is chairs inside ! Dear AZHD why do you gather people inside If you are not ready to receive this for the test immediately? This is a stupid decision. You can recieve maximum 10 people inside the building and keep the rest in the fresh air. It is more safe outside. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience under the care of Dr Mohammad Zaheeruddin. He was absolutely amazing taking care of my baby daughter when she was extremely sick, going above and beyond what would be expected of him and visiting her regularly to check on her and see her progress, throughout her hospital stay, including when he wasn't officially working.
