This company is a scam. I was supposed to used their service before lockdown happened but unfortunately had to cancel ahead due to corona virus. So they said they will initiate a refund which as per the agent i spoke with. And i will receive the money after 7 days. But never had. Then lockdown happens and till now its been almost 4 months. Still i haven't got my money back. And everytime you call them. They tell you to call after one month, call after 2 weeks, call after 2 pm for the accounting team which is useless cause as per him( accountant) they dont have the money to pay customer's refund. They have to wait till they get a booking and only they can pay us back. How unacceptable it is!!! Its not customer's problem to wait for booking just for the company to have money to initiate a refund. Its very bad service and to imagine i didnt even use it yet. And for this experience. I will never ever use their service and recommend.!! It feels like they are cheating with your money. I wish there's an option for 0 star so i will rate them zero.

Our Team had the most amazing experience with Al Wasl Yachts. Everything was perfect! We would like to thank Boris who coordinated everything from the beginning and helped us all through out. He is very professional and friendly. Also to their team: Jaffar, Captain and the Boat Crew. This company is Highly Recommended! We will definitely book again.
To begin with,the eagerness with which they make your booking disappears towards the date of your trip.The trip co-ordinator neither answers your calls nor returns them.Eventually,we’d to leave a message with their colleague to be conveyed to the crew so that there wouldn’t be any confusion or misunderstanding when we boarded the yacht.Secondly,we were told that the yacht would be free for us 2 hrs. prior to the trip so that the decor( from their part ) and food catering are all set up n done with.But when we arrived at the yacht with our guests,they were still ‘ decking up ‘ only !They didn’t even use some of the decorations provided by us as promised.Total waste of money for us ! Finally and importantly,we were left with a rude captain who was bent on making things difficult for us.The only saving grace of the yacht trip was Bilal,a part of the crew,who was somewhat decent and polite ! We take responsibility for the fact that the trip was delayed half an hour because of us and for choosing a not-so-professional yacht rental !
This was by far my best Dubai trip and major credit goes to this amazing yacht party. Thanks team, very professional and quality services. I am glad to pick you. Kudos!
It was a great experience
It was not my first trip to Dubai but it was really mesmerizing and fascinating no words to describe. I had too much fun... I stay there for almost 3 weeks and enjoyed each and every bit in Dubai. I must say if you wish to experience the flavor of luxury in true sense then Al Wasl would be the best choice...
On my recent visit to Dubai, I chartered a fishing yacht from Al Wasl. The experience was beyond words when you're in the middle of the sea. Everything was well taken care of by their crew. I'd definitely recommend!
We took a sharing sunset cruise with my girlfriend from 5 to 7pm. It started 15 minutes late because they said they are waiting for other guests. It was a good cruise still. We stopped near Burj Al Arab for some pictures, then when the sunset came, the captain stopped the yacht so we can also capture the beautiful setting sun. Another stop was Atlantis The Palm which also looked very beautiful from the sea. It would be nice if you could start on time next time
