Extremely long processing time with delays for pure red tapism and nothing else. By being involved they increase the turn around time in claims processing from 2 weeks to 3 months!!

Me and my family applied through them for insurance and they kept us waiting for more than 4 month and didn't gave us any card till this date ,so out of 12 month 4 month is already gone , and whenever we contact them they promise us for to finish it in less than 10 days and again they will give some excuse , i wont recommend you to go there .
