Dear Sir, I understand and appreciate your exchange's policy on routine scrutiny of money transfers. I was, however, not impressed with the excessive questioning and interrogation-like way your teller, lady from Philippine i didn't ask her name and Mr. SAGAR, served me. I was at your Al Khaleej center Branch on Saturday to collect a money-transfer of AED 600/- and after examining my Valid Identification documents at the window, I was asked a series of questions regarding the origin of the money, my relationship to the sender, etc. This made me feel like I was being interrogated. Kindly note that the amount was a negligible sum of AED 600. I do understand and respect the AML scrutiny processes when a large sum of money is involved, but for AED 600/??? I genuinely feel your staff were over-reacting. It was like they were using nuclear weapons to attack a bird.

Worst customer service because of the team lead Huzaifa, while the counter staff Mr. Samad was very helpful, but Huzaifa who claim that he is the team leader, however his behaviors and way of dealing with customer is extremely bad and not acceptable at all when the counter staff is already handling the guest he interfere from nowhere and start talking in very rude way which leads to heated words and instead of handing the issue he was raising his voice further which is absolutely ridiculous and will not recommend Al Rostamani to anyone and will share the same feedback on other platform as well.

I had bad experience with Al Rostamani Exchange, in one transaction I have lost USD 200 till more than USD 400/remittance, Since 2015-2017. I don't recommend to use it for transferring money especially your monthly salary.
