Very Bad Customer Service, today i was recharging my Nol Card Monthly fee, when i reach the counter in Alras Metro Station there was two ladies working there morning shift, i gave them 140 dirham monthly fee and 5 dirham for my low balance card money. They told me that they put the money in the Ticketing Machine and give me back my card recharged with only 25 dirham, they said something is wrong i have to call the RTA Call Center(i got confuse ehy am calling RTA when the problem is not my side and my card is working). Anyway i called and complain my problem, then the RTA sends me sms telling that they will response in 14 working days. How can someone that his transport money is missing and his card is low balance can wait 14 days? Now i don't have my money and my Nol Card is empty.
Clean and beautiful decorations. But many times escalators are repairing.

As i say all Dubai metro stations are modern i would say 5/5 on everything. Al Ras station connects commuters to gold Souq and other places nearby. This station is based on old Dubai theme similar to Al Ghubaiba. Neat a d clean station.
Good. Same as other metro stations. Nicely maintained and less crowded.
