I've been visiting this service centre for 4 years now even though my car is out of service contract and warranty they always support you and provide discounts if you are having regular service with them. I would like to mention service Supervisor Mr. Sajid Hussain, he is amazing and always guides if the job is really needed or you can wait.

The worst service centre I have ever experienced! Didn't solve the problem although they charged me 3.600 AED and after that again they kept the car for 10 days and still wanted me to pay for I don't know what. Very bad management! This will be my last Audi ever in Dubai.

I bought 4 years old under warranty Q7 and driving the last 3 years around 40K kms. I recently had three separate problems at the same time around 120.000km/7 years with coolant, oil leakage, and engine belt. These are all critical points hence prefer to pay the premium and go to Al Nabooda. I am informed by Ruben (Service Advisor) and the Team Lead Benny. Both of them were quite kind and my talk was very informative. There is a premium for the service and experience for labor but for the spare parts, you get a good discount on the original parts. I have asked a quotation from a garage for oil leakage (gasket change) and the price difference was not huge therefore I decided to conduct all the work at Alnadooda that was over 10K AED all three problems. I am very happy with the work the engine noise is great and all with 2 years warranty. I am convinced that is a good value for what you get clean nice service environment, well trained Audi technicians, genuine parts and you feel it is professional. I do recommend Al Nabooda Service and also Audi.
