The reception was \most welcoming me\ I mean very arrogant and impolite. Tonight 1st October 2020 at 10 pm, while visiting to pick my daughters from my friend's house. He opened the guest parking and confirmed that I can stop for 2 minutes not more and in a very threatening tone he said: I am here watching you, 2 minutes not more this is for the guests. I said I am a guest and last time we stayed 3 hours following your same rules. Following this experience which reveales the landlords hosipitality policy and with my 32 years experience in Dubai real estate market, I will personally recommend all my sensible friends not to visit any of ENI or Al Kharbash properties nor to to rent any residence or any office in any if their properties

Should provide smart cards to the customers to open parking gate instead of one guy who drive all customers cars . Some people do not allow driving their cars due to some privacy. Hope driver does not insist to drive . A/C is too cold and found not controllable in some section , despite the winter time
